Courtney Harrington’s goal as a Realtor® is to empower her clients to make informed, confident decisions when buying and selling property. Her affinity for real estate was initially influenced by her grandfather whose real estate investment activities benefited multiple generations in her family. As a modern agent, she maximizes her use of technology and other resources available to provide relevant facts and accurate data that will enable buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.
A member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, Courtney specializes in neighborhoods within the South Bay and Peninsula. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Courtney worked as a Revenue Accountant for some of the Bay Area’s most notable technology companies. Competencies in accounting and finance uniquely position her to help clients approach real estate purchases and sales as strategic business transactions.Courtney also shares her knowledge by serving as a volunteer in her local community. She advises small businesses and entrepreneurs on accounting issues, and volunteers as treasurer on the Board at her son’s elementary school. IN addition, her passion for investing can be heard weekly on her podcast, Real Women Real Estate. Away from the office you can find her enjoying family time with her husband Doug and three amazing children Dougie, John and Elise.
